Is the pilot really free?
Yes — Florida title companies who join during the pilot get every core feature free. We're collecting feedback to harden the product. Pricing kicks in after the pilot ends, and we'll give you 60 days' notice.
How does pay-per-close work?
On Growth, you're billed only when a transaction reaches the funded status. New, in-progress, and cancelled files are free. No seat license, no module fees.
Can we migrate from Qualia / SoftPro / Resware?
Yes — we accept exports from all three, plus generic CSV. Files, parties, and ledger entries are preserved. Most teams go live in under a week.
Is escrow accounting state-compliant?
Three-way reconciliation (book vs bank vs file trial balance) is built in and runs continuously. We export the standard auditor reports Florida DBPR examiners ask for.
Do you support multi-state title operations?
Florida is our launch market — every county, every form. Other states are on the roadmap; talk to us if you operate in multiple states.
Where does our data live?
Supabase Postgres with row-level security per tenant; Cloudflare Workers for the app. Your tenant secrets (Plaid, Mercury, AgentNet keys) are never readable by the platform admin.
